Organization and Leadership Self-Assessments help you diagnose your current situation and focus your improvement efforts on the areas that will have the greatest impact on the journey to sustainable excellence. Assessments are also useful for validating progress toward sustainable excellence. We offer two self-assessment instruments, one for leadership and one for organizational transformation. Both Self-Assessments were originally based on research with CEOs who led successful organization transformations resulting in recognition as a recipient of the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award (Latham, 2013a and Latham 2013b). The instruments have been further developed and refined to reflect the additional dimensions and details of the key leadership system and style concepts found in the [Re]Create Book.
Leader as Organization Architect (LOA) 9 x 9 Leadership Assessment™
The LOA 9 x 9 Self-Assessment™ is an 81-point diagnostic that assesses the intersection points between the nine leadership behaviors (style) and the nine leadership activities (system). The main purpose is to inform your leadership development efforts. The LOA Self-Assessment is also built into the lab twice. First, the LOA questions are used in nine of the LOA lessons (Modules 2 through 10). Second, all 81 questions in the LOA are assessed again as a comprehensive self-assessment in Module 11. | Learn More
Leading Transformation for Sustainable Excellence (LTSE) Self-Assessment™
The LTSE Self-Assessment™ is a comprehensive 126 question assessment that addresses all 14 components in the Leadership and Design Blueprint described in The [Re]Create Book. The main purpose is to provide insights to help you align your strategy, systems, scorecard, culture, and leadership to produce sustainable value for your stakeholders. The LTSE Self-Assessment is built into the lab twice. First, each Assessment lesson uses the LTSE questions for that module as part of the assessment for that component. Second, the LTSE (all 126 questions) are used as a comprehensive assessment in Module 14. | Learn More
